iFUNcultures project participated in the FoodMicro2022 conference

The iFUNcultures project participated in the FoodMicro2022 conference that was held this week (28-31/8/2022) in Megaron Athens International Conference Centre in Athens-Greece with the poster presentation entitled "Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus as potential preservative agent in functional grape juices" delivered by Gregoria Mitropoulou (with Anastasios Nikolaou, Grigoris Nelios, Dimitra Dimitrellou, and Yiannis Kourkoutas).
Many congratulations to the whole team for this great collaborative work and special thanks to Gregoria Mitropoulou for representing the iFUNcultures project in FoodMicro2022 this year.
